DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice

• A description of the content that was removed and the location (URL) of the content before it was removed.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

If a counter-notice is received, we will provide the original copyright holder with a copy of your counter-notice and they will have the opportunity to file a lawsuit if they wish to seek further action. If no legal action is taken within 10 business days, the content will be restored to the site.
